My name is Elinore.

I’m an artist, writer, and community organizer whose passion is data-based storytelling.

My journey began with art. From a young age, creativity was my means of connecting with the world.

A deep love for observation led me to engage with social and environmental issues early on. Alongside fellow artists, I founded my high school’s first GSA and later organized a Student Solidarity Network in college. After graduating, I joined my city’s tenant union and helped run a gallery space for emerging artists. I found my professional calling in fundraising at Flourish Furniture Bank, a unique nonprofit that kept waste out of landfills by fully furnishing homes for free.

My art and work ground me in my core mission: making the world a more kind, equitable, and creative place. I work across fundraising, event planning, and marketing. Working in the community fuels my studio practice, where I transform waste materials through painting and collage to discover meaning in the discarded.
